Recreational Boating Information for the Northwest

Snug Harbor Resort & Marina is located on the West side of San Juan Island, on peaceful Mitchell Bay. The resort is an ideal stopping off spot for boaters and fishermen. They are one of only two marinas on the West side of San Juan Island and absolutely the closest to fantastic whale watching, fishing and crabbing. Note: depth at zero tide is 6ft.

New in 2014: Summer of 2014 will be like no other for the resort. They have finished construction on 7 new waterfront cabins, replacing ther rustic Cabins and Norwester trailers. In addition, there is a new office, store, coffee shop building with three cabins on the second floor with a beautiful birds eye view of the marina and bay. A new Event Room for weddings receptions, family reunions, corporate retreats, etc.. This will complete phase three redevelopment of the resort so that all cabins and facilities will be new within the last three years.​
